A rowdy crowd gathers outside of the Democratic Party (DS) offices in central Belgrade after Tomislav Nikolic was declared the winner of the Serbian Presidential Election. The crowd was shouting anti-Tadic chants, and was comprised of mostly intoxicated young men.
