"Kosovo on the Edge" -- Children play games on the run-down elevated courtyard outside of the Dardania apartments in the neighborhood of the same name in the Albanian capitol of Pristina. These buildings and many of the rest surrounding the city have fallen into disrepair following the war and the consequent economic downturns.
