Homeless in Seattle

Donnette, a driver for the King County Metro bus system, with her cat at her one bedroom apartment at the Santos Place transitional housing center. She became homeless due to mounting healthcare demands and costs, having had to drop out of Nursing school because she couldn't pay rising student loans, which became immediately due when she was unable to attend classes.
